After attending the workshop conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education at Bagdogra Air Force School on 18th–20th January 2026, the participating teachers organized a knowledge-sharing session in the school for the faculty members.
The workshop highlighted competency-based learning, experiential pedagogy, and effective integration of digital tools in classroom teaching. The teachers also discussed key aspects of the National Education Policy 2020, emphasizing innovative and student-centric methodologies.
The session was insightful and enriching, inspiring teachers to adopt progressive and interactive teaching strategies to enhance students’ learning experience.
